US-69/75 reopened after Calera crash

CALERA, Okla. (KXII) -- Two semi trucks collided around 6:15 a.m. Thursday on U.S. Highway 69 /75, forcing Calera Police to divert north and southbound traffic until the wreck could be cleaned up.

Witnesses said one of the trucks was making a U-turn in front of the Peanut Shoppe to go south.

In doing so, the driver had the northbound lane completely obstructed and the second semi hit the truck trying to make the U-turn.

Traffic on the highway resumed after the wreck was cleaned up.

No injuries were reported.
