Looney finishes 2nd at Junior Nationals, boosts national ranking

Lindsay Looney finished second in the 200 butterfly at the U.S. Junior Nationals Finals.

The Denison swimming star touched at 2:09.22, the second best time in the history of the event. The 16-year-old Looney is now ranked 4th all-time for the 15-16 year old age group. Currently, she's ranked in the top 10 in the nation in all ages.

Olivia Carter won the event with a time of 2:09.02, breaking the meet record.
