1 all-natural pork tenderloin, about 5 lbs.
1 medium fresh pineapple, sliced into 1/2" rings
2 TBS. fresh honey
1 TBS. Tabasco sauce

In a small bowl, mix honey and Tabasco together. Mix well. Place pork tenderloin onto a hot grill and brush with honey and Tabasco mixture. Close lid and cook for 8 to 9 minutes. Turn pork and brush with sauce. Place pineapple rings onto the grill. Close lid and cook for another 8 to 9 minutes. Pork will have a crusty, golden skin when done. Remove pork from grill and let rest for 5 minutes. Turn pineapple and keep on grill until pork is ready to cut. Place pineapple onto a serving platter and top with grilled pork tenderloin. Serve hot.
