DENISON, TX - Denison Police say a man is dead after an early morning traffic accident in Denison.
Lt. Mike Eppler said 67-year-old James Agan was ejected from the car when it left Hwy 75 southbound near the Morton Street exit.
It happened around 3:30 Friday morning.
Eppler said Agan's wife was driving. She was treated and released from Texoma Medical Center.
Police say the couple is from Mabank, Tex.
Police are still investigating the cause of the accident, but don't believe substances were involved, Eppler said.
