GAINESVILLE, TX -- Two men are behind bars in connection with the stabbing of a Gainesville man.
17-year old Kenneth Paul Martinez and 29-year-old Ryan Walter Medina face charges of "engaging in organized criminal activity".
They say Martinez will be tried as an adult.
Gainesville police Sgt. Bobby Balthrop says officers found Gary Mayfield suffering from multiple stab wounds at the Rodeo Bar on highway 82 around 1 AM Sunday morning.
He was flown to a Dallas hospital.
No word on his condition.
