SHERMAN, TX - Just a week after a Grayson County Sheriff's Deputy was fired and indicted by a grand jury accused of taking guns and cash from the property room, more employees have been fired. The Grayson County Sheriff's Office terminated two more deputies on Tuesday.

Sheriff Keith Gary says the deputies were released from the department for violating administrative policy and procedure. Gary tells us neither one is directly related to the firing of former Sgt. Errin William Luton, who was indicted by a grand jury last week for allegedly stealing more than $20,000 worth of property from the sheriff's office.

"Those employees were a part of the enforcement division, and those employees have been terminated at this time, and it is strictly for policy and procedure violations only," Sgt. Rickey Wheeler said.

The Grayson County Sheriff's Office would not comment on what exactly those violations were.
