Ada man arrested for attempted murder 2 others accused of involvement

ADA, OK -- One person has been charged with attempted murder and two others are accused of being involved in a shooting in Ada on Friday.

Ada police say Zach Shelton was at a home off Reeves Road when Billy McNeal and Kimberly Haegel arrived at the residence with Robert Grey.

Shelton allegedly pulled out a rifle and fired several shots at Grey as he ran away from the scene.

Shelton is in the Pontotoc County Jail charged with attempted murder, kidnapping, possession of a firearm, conspiracy to commit a felony and DUI.

Haegel has been arrested for conspiracy to commit a felony, accessory to attempted murder, and accessory to kidnapping.

A warrant is out for McNeal's arrest.
