Arrest made in Ardmore murder
ARDMORE, OK - The name of a man found murdered in Carter County Monday has been released and the suspect is in custody.
Ardmore police said the victim is 50-year-old Spencer Hales Jr.
Hales was found stabbed to death Monday morning near his home in the Lake Murray trailer park in Ardmore.
Investigators arrested 20-year-old Thomas S. Houser of Ardmore around 6 p.m. Monday.
Houser was booked in to the Carter County jail for first degree murder.
Charges are expected to be formally filed this week.
