Ardmore man waives hearing

ARDMORE, OK -- An Ardmore man charged in connection with his roommate's death in 2010 has waived his preliminary hearing.

Corey Stoughtenborough, 42, is charged with Conspiracy to Commit First-Degree Armed Robbery. He turned himself into the Carter County Detention Center back in August.

Stoughtenborough was not home when his roommate Eric Knight was killed in April 2010, but prosecutors say they have evidence he conspired with three other men to rob him. Knight was killed during the robbery.

The Carter County District Attorney's office says Stoughtenborough is set for trial in February.
