DURANT, OK -- The board of regents of the regional university system of Oklahoma is in the process of finding a new president for Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
A 19 member search committee has been formed to fill the position.
The board is looking for a replacement for Dr. Larry Minks who announced he would be stepping down in July.
The committee consists of university faculty, student, alumni and community members.
Minks will remain at the university as president emeritus and as a professor.
