BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- Bryan County is preparing for an appeal hearing in a lawsuit against the Department of Corrections.
A judge sided with the county in an initial ruling last month.
The county is demanding DOC pay more to house their inmates in the County jail.
Right now DOC pays $27 dollars per inmate per day.
County Commissioner Jay Perry says they're waiting to find out if the case will go to the state supreme court or if they'll send it off to a different appeals court.
