DENISON, TX-- In the past couple of years the City of Denison has brought in hundreds of new jobs. Now, they are bringing in more. And a local company is helping with that.

Chase Bank, on the corner Rusk and Main is getting a makeover.
The building will now be home to a new office for Caterpillar. The company hired several hundred people in the past year and now needs more office space.

The downstairs will still be Chase Bank, nothing is changing in their daily operation. But the unused upstairs is being transformed to a 90 person office space.

Denison Developmental Alliance and Caterpillar have been working on this project for 7 months.

"So we've been here a long time and the fact that we can, by our growth, share that kind of wealth with everybody, It's exciting for us," explained, Alan Walker, Caterpillar project manager.

The employees are scheduled to move in sometime in July.
