PARIS, TX-- The city of Paris is reminding candidates and campaign personnel where to and where not to place signs.
The city says signs cannot be placed within the Right-of-Way of any public street or public property. Political signs must contain primarily a political message and be located on private real property with the consent of the property owner.
Any sign violating State Law or City Ordinance may be subject to violation notices, fines, or removal by Code Enforcement.
The primary election is March 4th.
