BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- At the new Bryan County Jail paint continues to flake off the outside of the building.

Commissioner Monty Montgomery says they met with the general contractor, who came in from Memphis to address the problem.

Montgomery says moisture is seeping into the pours of the concrete blocks causing the paint to bubble.

He says WilJoe Interiors is the sub-contractor in charge of the job.

It's the second time they've come out to try and fix the issue.

Bryan County Commissioner Monty Montgomery said, "I believe they don't want to come out anymore than we want to ask them to come back. So I believe they'll fix the problem this time."

Montgomery says the project is still under warranty and the contractor is fixing it at not cost to the County.
