DENISON, TX-A Denison man will be spending several years behind bars for breaking into someone's home.

30-year-old Arthur Woodson pled guilty to two counts of burglary, forgery and theft. He's been sentenced to 8 years in prison.

Denison Police arrested Woodson in February. They said he entered a house on Seymore Circle where a 61-year-old woman convinced him to leave, but she later saw him searching through her car. Investigators said the woman then slammed the car door, trapping Woodson. He escaped, only to be pepper sprayed by the woman's 21-year old granddaughter.
