MADILL, OK-- Randolph Derebery walked into the Marshall County Court House with his wife and family Friday. On the other side of the packed courtroom, a crowd of people wanting justice for his alleged victims.

"I just don't understand how four little girls, who've been, allegedly, molested, how he can just be walking free? I just, I just don't, I just can't, it's overwhelming, I just don't understand he is a danger," an alleged victim's mother said.

Derebery has bonded out three different times, in the past month, for the three separate sex crimes, against four children.

Law experts told us, there are several reasons Derebery's bond may have been lowered. For example, he may be considered a low flight risk or it may be because he owns property that he has to take care of.

But those reasons aren't enough for the families of the alleged victims.

After the first girl's mother shared her story with First News, it caught another mother's attention.

"I looked at her, and we could just tell in her eye, and it just breaks my heart, because that's my baby, and he touched her."

In early April, Derebery was first arrested for Lewd Molestations on two children under the age of 16. In the weeks following, another victim came forward to the Sheriff's Office and Derebery was arrested for Rape of a minor. The third victim came forward shortly after, Derebery was then arrested for lewd act with a child under the age of 16.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office believes there are more victims and urges them to come forward.

And until justice is served, the mother will be at every court hearing.

"I'm going to let him know, I'm not intimidated by him. I am here to fight for my daughter, because she is just a little baby."
