DURANT, OK -- Two men have been indicted on federal charges after Durant Police and federal agents teamed up to bust an on-going fraud scam.

Kevin Konstantinov, 50, and Elvin Alisuretov, 36, are charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, according to Durant Police.

Police said the two men placed "skimming" devices on fuel pumps at several Oklahoma and Arkansas gas stations. The machines copied customers' debit card information and re-coded them onto blank ATM cards, they said.

Durant Police said they started working with the U.S. Secret Service after several hundred Durant residents reported fraudulent withdraws from their bank accounts.

The two men stole hundreds of thousands of dollars, Police said.

Police said the investigation is on-going. They anticipate identifying more suspects in the future.
