DURANT, OKLAHOMA -- The Durant man charged with killing his 14 month-old son appeared in court today.

23 year-old Marin Clay Allison was arrested June 22nd. He's charged with first degree murder by abuse.

Reports say a skull fracture on the back of his son's head caused the boy's death.

Today, Allison's arraignment was set for November 6th.

He can't leave the state without permission.
