ATOKA COUNTY, OK -- A former Atoka County jailer is behind bars.

According to the Atoka County Sheriff's Office, 46-year-old Dana Tomlinson is accused of having sex with an Atoka County inmate.

Former Sheriff Gary McCool asked OSBI to investigate the allegations back in November. The inmate has been released to the Department of Corrections. He won't face any charges.

Tomlinson is charged with second degree rape and was immediately fired from the jail. She's now being held in the Pittsburg county jail.
