GRAYSON COUNTY, TX -- The Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission wants to hear your thoughts on proposed rules regarding zebra mussels.

New rules have been proposed requiring that all boats operating on public water in 17 North Texas counties be drained after use.

Those counties include Collin, Cooke, Fannin and Grayson counties.

The proposal would also affect fisherman by only allowing personally caught live bait to be used in the body of water where it was caught.

Texomans are encouraged to attend a meeting Tuesday night at 7 PM at the Denison SNAP Center to give feedback on the proposed rules.
