COURT DISPOSITIONS FOR MAY 2013

15TH DISTRICT COURT

BRAST, LARRY
62, from Sherman, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to two charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child and one charge of Indecency with Child and was sentenced to 20 years in prison on each.

BANKS, DARRIN
48, from Garland, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and Possession of Controlled Substance –Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 17 years in prison on each charge.

ADAMS, JOHN
29, from Denison, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to two charges of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and was sentenced by the judge to 10 years in prison on each count.

DAVIS, III FRANKLIN
31, from Denison, was sentenced to eight years in prison for Possession of Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine.

BELEW, MICHAEL
61, from Sherman, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced by the judge to seven years in prison.

FRANKLIN, SHANCEY
33, from Sherman, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Cocaine.

FOUST, STEVEN
26, from Sherman, was found guilty by a jury of Burglary of a Habitation and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to five years in prison on each charge. Foust was also sentenced to nine months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Attempted Theft of Material – Copper.

HAMMON, JEFFREY
23, from Cartwright, Oklahoma, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to eight charges of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced by the judge to five years in prison on each charge.

BILLY, JUSTIN
21, from Bonham, was sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine. Billy pled guilty to one charge of Theft of Property Over $1,500 Less Than $20,000 and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail. Billy also was sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle.

BACKEST, CHASE
20, from Denison, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Terroristic Threat and was sentenced to one year in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Criminal Mischief.

DUARTE, MANUEL
44, from Sadler, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact and was sentenced by the judge to four years in prison.

FULCE, CULLY
26, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Oxycodone. Fulce pled guilty to three charges of Forgery of Financial Instrument and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail on each.

COCKLIN, ASHLEY
24, from Sherman, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

BARRERA, RANDALL
21, from Denison, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Prohibited Substance Correctional Facility – Marijuana.

GARCIA, LORENZO
18, from Sherman, was sentenced to 16 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine. Garcia pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance - Oxycontin and was sentenced to 16 months in state jail.

BROWNING, CHANCE
27, from Mesquite, was sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

ROBERTS, CHERYL
23, from Sherman, was sentenced to 15 months state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine.

DONIHOO, CODY
29, from Denison, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Theft of Property Under $1,500 With Two Or More Previous Convictions and was sentenced by the judge to six months in state jail.

GILBERT, JEREMY
36, from Denison, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of Firearm By Felon and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated eight years. Gilbert also pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated four years.

CLARK, BRANDON
36, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for eight years, and a $1,000 fine.

FERGUSON, MICHAEL
21, from Gunter, pled guilty to three charges of Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated five years, and a $1,500 fine. Ferguson also pled guilty to Burglary of Building and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated five years.

GATEWOOD, CAREY
23, from Sherman, pled guilty to Burglary of Habitation and Injury to Child and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated five years on each charge, and 180 days in county jail.

DE-JEAN, III PRESCOTT
57, from Sherman, pled guilty to Fail to Register As Sex Offender and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated five years, and a $250 fine.

EATON, JEREMY
37, from Denison, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced by the judge to eight years in prison, probated eight years, 30 days in county jail, and a $2,500 fine.

CORBIN, CHANCE
24, from Denison, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to five years in prison, probated for eight years, $500 fine, and 90 days in county jail.

BOLEN, MARK
21, from Denison, pled guilty to Tamper with Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation. Bolen also pled guilty to Retaliation and was sentenced to 10 years deferred adjudication probation, $1,000 fine, and 180 days in county jail.

DAVIDSON, ALINA
36, from Sherman, pled guilty to Injury to Elderly with Intent Bodily Injury and Harassment By Person in Correctional/Detention and was sentenced to six years deferred adjudication probation on each charge and a $1,500 fine.

CLARK, DERRICK
22, from Sherman, pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to four years deferred adjudication probation and a $700 fine.

TURNER, NOEL
46, from Denison, pled guilty to Conspiracy to Commit Arson and was sentenced to 28 years in prison. Turner also pled guilty to Aggravated Assault of a Child and was sentenced to five years in prison. Turner also pled guilty to Credit Card abuse and was sentenced to one year in state jail.

WOODSON, ARTHUR
30, from Denison, pled guilty to two charges of Burglary of a Habitation, one charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument and one charge of Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to eight years in prison on all four charges.

WILLIAMS, CHARLES
41, from Whitewright, pled guilty to Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to eight years in prison.

WOLFCALE, HEATHER
38, from Denison, pled guilty to one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, one charge of Tampering of Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair and one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver and was sentenced to six years in prison on all three charges and a $250 fine.

WILLIAMS, BRANDON
34, from Abilene, pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to four years in prison. Williams also pled guilty to Assault of Household Member with Previous Conviction and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

SHAW, MATTHEW
29, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Robbery. Shaw also pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 180 days in state jail.

WOOD, AARON
36, from Sherman, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to three years in prison and a $500 fine.

WHITE, DARLA
29, from Sherman, pled guilty to one charge of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility – Cocaine and one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine and was sentenced to three years in prison. White also pled guilty to a second charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine and was sentenced to 11 months in state jail.

VAZQUEZ, ABUNDIO
49, from Denison, pled guilty to two charges of Improper Photography and was sentenced to 20 months in state jail on both charges and a $500 fine.

PARRISH, JEREMY
31, from Sherman, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 16 months in state jail.

STONECIPHER, KASEY
23, from Denison, pled guilty to two charges of Forgery of a Financial Instrument and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail on both charges.

REYNOLDS, LARRY
46, from Sherman, pled guilty to two charges of Credit Card Abuse and one charge of Theft of Property Under $1,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail on all three charges and a $500 fine.

RENSHAW, BRADLEY
26, from Denison, pled guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail and a $250 fine. Renshaw also pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.

WILLIAMS, COLLEEN
40, from Trenton, pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to 12 months in state jail.

THOMPSON, ROSS
53, from Sherman, pled guilty to Assault of a Public Servant and was sentenced to eight years in prison, probated five years, and a $500 fine.

VANHOOSER, MICHAEL
26, from Ivanhoe, pled guilty to Possession of Chemicals with Intent to Manufacture Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to six years in prison, probated for six years, and a $500 fine.

57, from Denison, pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to two years in state jail, probated four years, and a $5,000 fine.

29, from Gordonville, pled guilty to one charge of Burglary of a Habitation and one charge of Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to eight years deferred adjudication probation and a $250 fine.

49, from Denison, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle and two counts of Endangering a Child and was sentenced to seven years in prison on each.

19, from Sherman, was sentenced to three years in prison for failing to comply with probation previously granted for Assault on a Public Servant. Manor also was sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with probation previously granted for Criminal Mischief Over $1,500 Under $20,000.

31, from Sherman, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with probation previously granted for Assault Bodily Injury/Two Family Members within 12 months.
