15TH DISTRICT COURT

BAILEY, GREGORY SHANE
32, from Sherman was found guilty of Murder by a jury and sentenced by the jury to life in prison and a $10,000 fine.

DUNLAP, MICHAEL
42, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, with Intent to Deliver was sentenced to 15 years in prison. Dunlap also pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine – Enhanced, and was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

GRAVETTE, SHAWN
23, from Sherman, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to 10 years in prison.

HILL, CHRISTOPHER
22, from Garland, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation.

GARNER, SHANE
33, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana Over 4 oz. Under 5 lbs – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to five years in prison. Garner also pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Piperazine and was sentenced to three years in prison and pled guilty to Possession of Marijuana Over 4 oz. Under 5lbs.and was sentenced to two years state jail.

FARMER, CHRISTOPHER
24, from Denison, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Retaliation. Farmer was also sentenced to 15 months state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Criminal Mischief Over $1,500 Less Than $20,000.

BARRERA, DANIEL
23, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of a Habitation. Barrera pled guilty to Unauthorized Absence from Correctional Facility and was sentenced to one year in state jail.

BUDRA, BOBBIE
46, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to three years in prison. Budra also pled guilty to Criminal Mischief Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to 15 months state jail.

WHITE, DYLAN
21, from Whitewright, was sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of a Building.

CLARK, MICHAEL
21, from Denison, pled guilty to one charge of Burglary of Vehicle with two or more previous convictions, one charge of Forgery of a Financial Instrument, one charge of Debit Card Abuse, and one charge of Theft of Firearm, and was sentenced to one year state jail on each charge.

25, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 10 months state jail.

39, from San Antonio, pled guilty to Possession of Child Pornography and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for 10 years.

35, from Sherman, pled guilty to Assault Causing Bodily Injury-Family Violence and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated 10 years, 120 days in county jail, and a $1,500 fine.

31, from Denison, pled guilty to one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Piperazine – with Intent to Deliver and one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Psilocin – Drug Free Zone and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated six years, on each charge and a $500 fine. Garner also pled guilty to one charge of Possession of Marijuana Over 4 oz, Under 5lbs. in a Drug Free Zone, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated six years. Garner also pled guilty to one charge of Possession of Marijuana Over 4 oz. Under 5 lbs. and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated five years.

45, from Sherman, pled guilty to Prohibited Substance in Correctional Facility – Zolpidem and was sentenced to 10 years in prison, probated for five years.

54, from Sherman, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to two years state jail, probated five years, and Substance Abuse Felony Punishment Facility for one year.

37, from Denison, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle - Enhanced and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle - Enhanced and was sentenced by the judge to 20 years in prison on each. Harvey also pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to six charges of Burglary of a Building - Enhanced and was sentenced by the judge to 20 years in prison.

HELMS, JOHNATHAN
35, from Sherman, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine with Intent to Deliver. Helms also pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to six years in prison. Helms also failed to comply with probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail.

HOLLEY, TOMMY
28, from Denison, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to six years in prison. Holley also pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail on each.

31, from Allen, pled guilty to Harassment of a Public Servant and was sentenced to three years in prison.

Also, Howard pled guilty to one charge of Debit Card Abuse and one charge of Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 and was sentenced to 18 months state jail on each.

21, from Sherman, pled guilty to Fraudulent Possession of Identifying Information and was sentenced to one year in state jail.

29, from Sherman, pled guilty to Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 - Enhanced and was sentenced to 10 months in state jail.

WINTERS, JAMES
35, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine and was sentenced to nine months in state jail. Winters also was sentenced to nine months in state jail for failing to comply with deferred adjudication probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
