397th DISTRICT COURT

ROGERS, CORAIN
34, from Sherman, pled guilty to Burglary of a Habitation and was sentenced to 12 years in prison and a $500 fine.

SHUBERT, JOSEPH
43, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Shubert also pled guilty to one charge of Theft of Property Over $1,500, Under $20,000, and one charge of Debit Card Abuse and was sentenced to two years in state jail on both charges.

JOHNSON, RICHARD
32, from Gainesville, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and for one charge of Manufacture of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

SANFORD, ANTHONY
32, from Denison, was sentenced to six years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Robbery.

SALAZAR, REY
34, from Denison, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance in Drug Free Zone – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to six years in prison.

TRAMMELL, TERRY
29, from Pottsboro, was found guilty by a jury of Serious Bodily Injury to a Child and was sentenced by the jury to five years in prison. Trammell was also found guilty by a jury to a second charge of Serious Bodily Injury to a Child and was sentenced by the jury to ten years probation.

RHOADES, ZACKERY
22, from Sherman, was sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

POWERS, ZERRI
50, from Dallas, pled guilty to Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and was sentenced to five years in prison and a $500 fine. Powers also pled guilty to Tampering of Physical Evidence and was sentenced to five years in prison.

WALKER, QUIANA
32, from Dallas, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Retaliation.

PETTIT, DEVYNN
27, from Hickory Creek, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to four years in prison and a $1,500 fine.

REUNARD, THOMAS
44, from Pottsboro, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to four years in prison and a $500 fine. Reunard also pled guilty to one charge of Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and another charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 18 months in state jail on both charges.

WALKER, STACEY
27, from Sherman, was sentenced to four years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Tampering of Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair. Walker was also sentenced to 12 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for two charges of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

PENN, WILLIAM
49, from Denison, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Cocaine.

PEARSON, FELICIA
30, from Sherman, was sentenced to two years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Fraudulent Intent to Obtain Schedule III/IV Controlled Substance.

SISEMORE, JOSHUA
31, from Sherman, pled guilty to one charge of Theft of Material - Copper, one charge of Evading Arrest with a Motor Vehicle, one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, one charge of Debit Card Abuse, one charge of Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle and a second charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 22 months in state jail on all six charges.

SHERMAN, NATHAN
34, from Sherman, was sentenced to 17 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for one charge of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and one charge of Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

ROBERTS, JACQUINTON
21, from Denison, was sentenced to 16 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Criminal Mischief Over $1,500 Under $20,000. Roberts also pled guilty to Burglary of a Building and was sentenced to 16 months in state jail and a $250 fine.

BOHANAN, MABLE
50, from Denison, was sentenced to 15 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for one charge of Burglary of a Building and one charge of Theft of Property Under $1,500 With Two Or More Previous Convictions.

REID, JUSTIN
26, from Denison, pled guilty to Theft of Property Under $1,500 With Two Or More Previous Convictions and was sentenced to 15 months in state jail.

WATSON, BRANDON
31, from Whitesboro, was sentenced to 12 months in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

BELLO, ASHLEY
23, from Denison, was sentenced to 12 months in state jail, on each charge, for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for three charges of Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

30, from Denison, pled guilty to Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon and was sentenced to one year deferred adjudication probation, 70 days in county jail, and a $750 fine.

TONEY, JEAN
50, from Pottsboro, was found guilty by a jury of Possession of Controlled Substance - Methamphetamine in a Drug Free Zone - Enhanced and was sentenced to 20 years in prison

CARRINGTON, JIMMY
32, from Denison, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Aggravated Sexual Assault of Child and was sentenced by the judge to 15 years in prison. Carrington also pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Theft of Wire-Copper and was sentenced by the judge to 18 months in state jail.

GRIFFITH, RYAN
28, from Pottsboro, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 years in prison. Griffith was sentenced to two years in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine and sentenced to two years in state jail for failing to comply with the terms of his probation previously granted for Possession of Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine.

ENRIQUEZ, SERRJIO
26, from Sherman, pled guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to 12 years in prison to run concurrent with his parole revocation.

BELL, JOSHUA
29, from Gainesville, pled guilty to four charges of Theft of Property Over $1,500 Under $20,000 From Elderly and was sentenced to nine years in prison on each charge to run concurrent and restitution on each charge.

FOX, DANIEL
47, from Falls Valley, Kansas, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to six years in prison.

DARLING, DAVID
22, from Sherman, pled guilty, without a plea agreement, to Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury and Burglary of Habitation and was sentenced to five years in prison on each charge to run concurrent.

CLEVENGER, SHERRI
40, from Sherman, was sentenced to five years in prison for failing to comply with the terms of probation previously granted for Burglary of Habitation- Intend Other Felony.

ARRINGTON II, RICHARD
47, from Tom Bean, pled guilty to Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More and was sentenced to three years in prison.
