Howe reckless driver charged with second DWI

HOWE, TEXAS -- A reckless driver who allegedly flipped his car and fled the scene yesterday afternoon is being charged with his second DWI.

Police say Alexander Urritia hit a ditch along north highway 75 near North Collins Freeway.

His vehicle flipped and he ran from the scene.

Howe police spent about three hours looking for him.

Police now say he was driving under the influence and it's his second offense.

Howe police say he was booked into the Grayson County Jail on surety bond.
