Husband and wife formally indicted for alleged theft from co-op

FANNIN COUNTY, TX--Two people accused of stealing thousands of dollars from the Fannin County Co-op have been formally indicted.

Tabitha Caplinger and her husband, Jimmy Earl Caplinger have been charged with theft of over $200,000.

Tabitha was arrested on June 7th, on accusations that she stole from the co-op during her 20 years of employment.

Although her husband was not employed with the company, he is being charged as an accessory, and could face the same punishment.

The Caplinger's each face 5 to 99 years in prison, and a $10,000 fine.
