MADILL, OK - An Oklahoma state employee charged with drug possession and DUI is scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
Madill Tag Agent Frank Wilhite was arrested December 28th, during a routine traffic stop.
In addition to marijuana possession, Wilhite is also charged with unlawfully carrying a firearm and driving under the influence of drugs.
He is out on a $28,000 dollar bond.
