ANTLERS, OK -- An Antlers man charged with the murder of his nephew appeared in court on Wednesday.
Pushmataha County Court Officials say necessary test results were not available on Wednesday, so Henry "J.C." Cole's preliminary hearing will be continued on August 6th.
Officials say the 69-year-old Cole called 911 on April 15th to report that he found his nephew, Gene Cole's body on his property.
OSBI says Gene Cole died from a shotgun wound to the neck.
Cole was charged with first degree murder after OSBI says they found two shotguns at his home and determined one was used to kill Gene Cole.
