GAINESVILLE, TX -- What started as an argument ended with a car slamming into a Gainesville business, and a man behind bars.

Tramayne Newsome was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Gainesville police say Newsome and two men were in an argument and the two men got out of Newsome's pick up truck. That's when police say Newsome drove up onto the curb to try and hit the men. He missed them, but he drove right into a law office on California Street.

Office employees say business has continued as usual, but engineers have been called out to survey the damage.

Newsome is out of jail on a $10,000 bond.
