Man facing murder charge waives right to examining trial hearing
DENISON, TX--The man who allegedly ran his car into a Denison home, killing a woman inside, is waiving his examining trial hearing.
The defense attorney for 57-year-old, Richard Allen Taylor Junior, originally requested the hearing to determine if prosecutors had enough evidence to hold him in custody.
Taylor now awaits a Grand Jury hearing.
Prosecutors have charged him with murder.
They say he crashed into a house on Morton and Armstrong Avenue, killing 28-year-old Jennifer Comstock, in January.
