DUNCAN, OK -- A man accused of killing a Stephens County teenager has been found competent to stand trial.

The competency portion of the trial finished today for 23-year-old Miles Bench.

Prosecutors want to seek the death penalty against Bench for the June 2012 death of 16-year-old Braylee Henry.

Bench's attorneys had argued their client was mentally incompetent to stand trial but prosecutors showed jurors video of Bench maneuvering his way out of a restraint in an escape attempt from jail to show his competence.
