LOVE COUNTY, OK --"I'll finally have some answers for my son in the future," said Cady Savage, the mother of 15 month old Jagger Haynes who is Colt Haynes' son.

Haynes and Molly Miller were in a car pursued by law enforcement back in July and they haven't been seen or heard from since.

Tuesday afternoon, 22-year-old James Conn Nipp was arrested in connection with that pursuit. He was taken into custody by Love County Sheriff Joe Russell, his second cousin.

"I received a phone call from some of his family members asking me if I'd come out and pick him up," said Russell. "He was wanting to turn himself in and if I would he would meet me at his grandpa's house."

Law enforcement officers believe Nipp drove the car during the chase through Carter County. Nipp's arrest is a break in the case that family of both Haynes and Miller have been waiting for.

"We need closure," said Paula Miller Fielder, Miller's cousin. "We need to bring this to an end. And as I said before it's not going to go away."

Troopers said Miller and Haynes have been missing since the night of the chase.

"The part that hurts the worst is my son will never get first memories with his dad," said Savage.

Sheriff Russell arrested Nipp on a warrant out of Carter County for felony eluding an officer while endangering others. He posted posted a $10,000 bond at 4:30 Tuesday afternoon and was released from the Carter County jail.

"It did not surprise me because I was expecting a warrant to come down on this," said Russell.

The arrest comes just three days after OHP took 32-year-old Sabrina Graham into custody for filing a false insurance claim. She reported her car, a 2012 Honda Accord, used in the chase as stolen. But according to an affidavit OHP has determined she gave Nipp permission to use the car.

Now people who know Miller and Haynes are just hoping these arrests lead to the truth about their disappearance.

"I want answers," said Savage. "I want justice served."
