TISHOMINGO, OK - A Tishomingo man released from charges of rape and murder is back in custody.

Johnston County authorities said 42-year old James Baker was arrested yesterday on charges of possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

Last year Baker was one of three people charged in the death of Murray State College professor Jane Bullard.

Prosecutors said the case against Baker was thrown out because of "evidentiary issues." Another suspect in the case, Roy Zornes, was found incompetent to stand trial. Also charged is Angel Cassa. She is expected in court next month.

Baker is currently being held on a $10,000 bail.
