Sadler, Texas -- More than 40 firefighters from all over Grayson county spent the afternoon fighting a grassfire that burned more than 30 acres near Sadler.
It happened just after 1 pm today -- on Miller road off of Highway 82.
Fourteen departments from all over Grayson county responded to the fire -- including the Grayson County Wildland Taskforce.
It took less than an hour to control the blaze and authorities say one structure was threatened but not damaged.
They think it was started by a driver traveling west on Highway 82.
"As dry as this grass is any spark from any vehicle parked on the side of the road or a discarded cigarette that's typically what we see along the highway ," said Sherman Fire Chief J.J. Jones.
No one was injured in the blaze and firefighters spent about an hour putting out and monitoring hotspots.
