Atoka, Okla. - The man accused of stabbing his former co-worker and burning his body will be formally arraigned Wednesday.
Craver waived his right to a preliminary hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday.
He is charged with the first degree murder of Alan Oliver.
Oliver's body was found in a burned van behind the Atoka High School football field in August.
