ARDMORE, OK - Police are investigating the latest pair of shooting incidents in Ardmore, where they've had over 20 shootings so far this summer.

The first happened Monday afternoon in the one hundred block of Burton. Police say a residence was hit three times. They recovered fourteen 9-millimeter casings.

Then early this morning another shooting was reported in the four hundred block of Southeast First Street. A man heard a half-dozen shots and police found a bullet hole near his porch.

No one was injured in either shooting, and police have no suspects.

They say witnesses and complainants unwilling to talk to them are making it hard to solve these crimes.

If you have any information on these shootings, you can contact police anonymously via Ardmore Crime Stoppers at 580-504-4529.
