Motorcyclist critically injured in Bryan Co. high speed chase

BRYAN COUNTY, OK -- A police chase in Bryan County in which speeds reached over 140 miles per hour ended late Monday night after a motorcycle crashed into the back of another vehicle on U.S Highway 69/75.

The chase started just after 10 p.m. Monday near Platter Road between Colbert and Calera. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Colbert police officer tried to pull over 29-year-old Andre Enriquez of El Paso for speeding through the city limits. The vehicle Enriquez hit was a minivan.

According to OHP, Enriquez was found 150 feet away from his motorcycle. He was taken to Texoma Medical Center, where at last check he was listed in critical condition.
