NEW DETAILS: 3 in dead, 5 injured in Colbert accident

COLBERT, OK -- We've now learned the names of the 3 people who were killed, and the others were were injured during a 3-vehicle accident in Colbert Friday.

Colbert police have released the names of those killed in the accident. They say 103-year-old, Ann Brychta, and 80-year-old, Wanda Garner, both died at the scene, after being thrown from the passenger van. 75-year-old Bruno Sperber died on his way to TMC, after he was partially ejected from the vehicle.

Colbert Police Officer, Tim McEachern, says they are still investigating the cause of the 3-vehicle accident, but they do know that a semi was entering south bound Highway 69-75 just South of Highway 91 when it came into contact with the van.

He says the Beacon Hill Assisted Living van, carrying eigh people, then collided with another semi.

Police say the van then rolled, ejecting two passengers and partially ejecting another.

Officers say 56-year-old, Kenneth Drake is still in critical condition at Plano hospital. Ann Brychta's son and daughter-in-law, David and Brenda Brychta, are in TMC in serious condition. While, driver and staff member of Beacon Hill, Lea Ann Vanderlei and another Beacon Hill staff member, Connie Hogan, are also in serious condition at TMC.

Robin Underhill, on behalf of Becon Hill has released this statement: "This is a very terrible tragedy, our sympathies and prayers are with the patients families and employees involved in the accident."

The two semi drivers were not injured during the crash.
