"He said it looked like a horror scene when he walked in there and saw everything."

OSBI is investigating a family argument that turned deadly over-night in Kingston.
Jessica Riley lives on Eagle Lane and says she heard her neighbor's youngest son leaving their home...

"The son saying, 'I'm sorry dad' and then he took off and when he got back.. His dad was passed away."

Marshall County Under-sheriff, Danny Cryer, says Mark Deering and his sons, Cody and Dustin, were arguing when things got physical...

"They had left the scene to give their dad time to cool off. When they came back, the house was covered in blood, their dad was unresponsive and he was covered in blood."

Cryer says Deering appears to have punctured an artery and bled to death.

"As best we can tell, he either punched, or was stumbling, and stuck his hand up to catch himself on a window...the window broke and his arm went through the window causing the laceration."

Cryer says Deering was intoxicated and after questioning his sons, Investigators say it appears Deering's death was accidental.
Cryer says they do not anticipate filing any charges.

Riley says Deering's death is a shock and she feels for his family.

"How can somebody that loves their dad so much, endure all this pain by himself, you know?"

Cryer says although it looks like an accident, the investigation will remain open until they receive a full autopsy report from the medical examiner.
