GRAYSON COUNTY, TEXAS -- The case against a man accused of driving into a Denison home, killing Jennifer Comstock and her unborn child, is moving forward as scheduled.
In court this morning, Richard Allen Taylor Jr.'s defense attorney made a motion to continue the trial, saying Taylor's toxicology report from the January night in question is "erroneous" and he'll need more time to have it evaluated by a third party.
Prosecutors say they'll be ready for the jury trial on December 9th.
Judge Brian Gary is carrying the motion to continue, along with another motion to change the venue of the trial.
Taylor is expected in court again for a motion hearing on the 18th.
