Sherman Planning and Zoning Committee allows for more retail
SHERMAN, TX - The Sherman city council gave the go ahead tonight to allow retail more retail space behind the Sherman Walmart.
An apartment complex has already been approved for the area near Travis St. and Canyon Grove Rd.
Tonight council members formally approved a previous decision by the planning and zoning committee to zone some of that area for retail.
