Sunday Afternoon and Evening ... Scattered intense thunderstorms are expected, some severe. Large hail, high winds and the potential for isolated tornadoes will be the main threats. Locally heavy is rain also possible with these storms.
SHERMAN, TX - Sherman's Fire Marshal is on paid administrative leave following a DWI arrest over the weekend. Texas Troopers say they arrested 32-year-old Nathan Huffman just after midnight Saturday night on Texoma Parkway in front of Midway Mall.
Huffman was booked into the Grayson County Jail for driving while intoxicated and posted $1,500 bond later that day. Sherman city officials say Huffman is on paid administrative leave.
So far no charges have been filed.
