Shop Til You Drop - Black Friday in Texoma

SHERMAN, TX - The Black Friday morning rush is over, but there are still plenty of deals out there. Rick Springer found out just how far some shoppers were willing to go to save some cash and how long those bargains will last.

Deals were rolling out the door all day Friday. Shoppers across Texoma flooded the aisles of local retailers searching for those unbeatable buys.

Best Buy in Sherman opened its doors at midnight. Walking through at noon, it was hard to believe the store could get any busier. But, store manager Jerrad Cabbage says it did. A lot busier.

"Big rush in the beginning. The store was pretty close to capacity, but after about three hours it settled down. It's been steady ever since," Cabbage says.

Some shoppers were even willing to travel hundreds of miles just to get the perfect deal.

"This is my fifth Best Buy that I've been to and I finally found the computer that I wanted. So, everybody's sold out." "Today?" "Yeah, today," Michele Stang of Frisco says.

Although the morning rush is over, many stores will be running deals all day long. Best Buy will have Black Friday sales until supplies run out, which Cabbage says could last through Saturday.

"We have a lot of deals in appliances, home theater, especially in our computer department. Tablets are really big this year, with the iPad."

But if getting out into the hustle and bustle of Black Friday just isn't your thing, many retailers are giving the same discounts online between now and Cyber Monday. Over 500 retailers are listed at
