NEW YORK, NY- They've put in their blood, sweat and tears, and danced their hearts out. Now the top four finalists on, "So You Think You Can Dance" take the centerstage for the finale and use everything they've learned up to this point to win.
Contestant Tadd Gadduang says, "Everytime a negative or positive comment comes, we take it in and we use it just to excel for the next week."
After weeks of competition the amazing thing is, they say they don't feel like they're competing.
"We're all definitely nervous, we know what the stakes are we know that we're going to be in the top 4 next week. But, we're all so close with each other and we're all so honest that it doesn't really feel like it's - oh I want to beat you," Contestant Melanie Moore, says.
"We're always backstage cheering each other on like there's a TV back there and we're always watching we're like whoo-oo!! so there's a huge support system within ourselves," Contestant Sasha Mallory, says.
Season 8 has helped the contestants refine their skills and learn styles they didn't know existed.
Mallory says: "Wacking, that was a whole new world for me. I always used to play around like wacking my arms and stuff around and I never really took it seriously but when I learned the technique of what wacking was I was like OMG this is crazy. My arms are on fire. There's an actual technique to it and I respect it."
Whether they use their moves to reach #1 or just take them on the "So You Think You Can Dance" tour, it seems the four finalists already feel like they've won.
"We're like a family as you can tell Tadd and I are super close, and I don't really care if he gets it I'll be happy for him, if I get it I'll be fine," Contestant Mark Germar says.
