DURANT, OK -- In November, we reported on the unexpected death of a bulldog puppy the Durant High School band gave their director as a gift.

Well today, thanks to a generous donor...the band surprised Chris Gregg again.

A Durant bulldog breeder, Doug Bailey, said he saw our story and wanted to help out the Durant band.

Band members say Bailey donated the English Bulldog puppy at no cost.

Members of the band raised $1,000 dollars back in 2012 to give their band director and his wife a new puppy for Christmas. But the dog died 45 days later.

Monday morning the band surprised the Greggs, presenting them with the new bulldog puppy.
