Third Annual Run For the Hills Obstacle Mud Run benefits Grayson Co. Fire Departments

DENISON, TX -- Runners can get down and dirty for a good cause this weekend in a mud run to benefit several area fire departments.

Loose Wheels, Texas is hosting their third annual Run For the Hills Obstacle Mud-Run, Saturday.

The 5K spans 150 acres and includes different obstacles, hurdles, and mud pits.

Racers can participate individually or in teams.

The event will also include live music starting at 10 AM.

Officials say the proceeds will be split between the Grayson County Fire Departments.

"Get together, have a good time, spend time with friends and family, and come out to support your local fire departments," said participant, Blake Scorsone. "Come out and have a good time."
