Tom Bean Police Chief under investigation
TOM BEAN, TX - The Tom Bean Police Chief is on paid administrative leave.
Mayor Sherry Howard tells us the city is doing an internal investigation into Chief Mike Webster's "possible dereliction of duties". She says the Texas Rangers have been contacted, but are not investigating.
