GARVIN COUNTY, OK -- An arrest has been made in a double homicide in Garvin County.

Sheriff Larry Rhodes says 19-year-old David Bryan Kelly was booked into the Garvin County detention center early Thursday morning on two counts of first degree murder.

Rhodes says, after responding to a welfare check call by a family member, the bodies of 34-year-old Shawn Ott and 58-year-old Karen Ott were found in a home off Airline and Klondike Roads, southwest of Pauls Valley.

A firearm has been recovered and is believed to be the weapon used in the murders. Sheriff officials, along with the OSBI, are at the scene today continuing their investigation.
