PARIS, TX -- Paris Junior College's Noyes Stadium received a makeover this past weekend.
Around 400 volunteers showed up Saturday to paint the 70-year-old stadium for the colleges first "Day of Service".
Painters changed the stadium from blue and white to a light tan,covering Paris ISD colors from previous years. Volunteers were made up of students, faculty and members of the board of regents.
PJC's President Pam Anglin said she hopes to branch out to the community in the future and make the "Day of Service" an annual event.
