Wanted Ada woman arrested for racketeering

ADA, OK - An Ada woman accused defrauding her own parents is now in the Pontotoc County Justice Center.

Court records show 30-year-old Holly Hamilton was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of uttering a forged instrument and racketeering.

Her bail is set at $1 milllion dollars.

Holly's husband and Ada firefighter, 36-year-old Jason Hamilton, was arrested April 3rd for suspicion of racketeering.

Sheriff's investigators said the Hamilton's illegally obtained nearly $200,000 from the National Livestock Credit Corporation, which is owned by Holly's parents.

Jason Hamilton is being held without bond until his court appearance on April 19th.
