Murder victim's mother petitions against Okla. Dept. of Corrections

Posted: 07/03/2014 - MARSHALL COUNTY, OK -- In December of last year, Joshua Scott was sentenced to life in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of first degree murder. He was sent to the Oklahoma State Penitentiary, then moved to a medium security facility -- Mack Alford Correctional Center. Wednesday, Scott was transferred to another medium security facility in Hominy.
